Why do I keep getting Server Misconfigured errors?

The Load Balancer has not been fully set up. Have you told the Load Balancer about your back-end web servers, for example? If the Load Balancer doesn't have any web servers to forward requests on to, it can only send back its own error pages.

Go to the Load Balancer GUI and click on the 'diagnosis' button. This will check many aspects of your configuration and tell you of any changes that you should make.
