Depending on what you wish to delegate, there are two ways to do this.If you wish merely to delegate the configuration of a particular site(but not the ability to create new virtual servers/sites or theability to start and stop a virtual server), you can do it merely byenabling the htaccess modulefor the virtual server running that site, and the webmaster can thenuse htaccess directives to control their configuration.If you wish to delegate the ability to create/delete sites, then youcan do this by enabling the subserver module, and giving the webmasteraccess to the virtual servers docroot directory (any new directoriescreated in this directory will be the docroot of a new web site - seethe subserver documentationfor more details).
