Errata: Page 348 of the ZWS user manual describes the ChrootDir htaccess directive. The %docroot% macro does not function as described in that directive and should not be used; please reference the full docroot path instead.

Omission/clarification: FastCGI and chroot jails; You must specify the full path to the fastcgi binary from outside the jail, not inside. This applies to helper applications such as the php interpreter that use the FastCGI interface.
