How to contact Support
You may contact Zeus' Technical Support Team via email@example.com or by the other methods listed on the Data Sheet provided with your Support Contract documents. Evaluators are entitled to 30 days of gratis support and may also use the firstname.lastname@example.org address. Please include your customer or evaluator number in the subject line of your email.
The 'Technical Support Query' page in the ZWS Admin Server can be used to collect all the information about your configuration and system. You'll find it in the 'Admin->Technical Support' page in the UI. The support team may be able to address your query more quickly if you provide this information when you raise a query.
